Using Mindmore - Healthcare professionals
Mindmore is a web-based tool, which means that downloading software is not required. To send and analyze test batteries and rating scales, only access to a computer is needed.
Education and Consultation
To help new users feel confident with the platform and the interpretation of results, Mindmore offers a three-part training program.
For those who want additional support, Mindmore also offers ongoing guidance and training, to improve interpretation of results and users' in-depth understanding of the tool's functions.
Results

In Mindmore’s results portal, completed test results are automatically corrected, compiled, and standardized. They are presented in clear text form, providing reliable, objective data that support clinical assessment and save time in both documentation and administration

Part of the results includes a cognitive profile that provides an overview of the patient’s cognitive abilities. Additional sections contain detailed results for clinical staff, along with interpretation support.
Clinical staff can listen to the patient repeating words, watch video recordings of tasks such as cube drawing, and receive full transcriptions of everything the patient says during, for example, word rehearsal, learning, and word fluency tests.
Medical documentation
Not all information generated during cognitive testing is directly relevant for medical records. Data are first interpreted by a clinician. Once interpreted, results can be easily transferred into existing medical record systems, such as TakeCare, ensuring that only essential, clinically meaningful information is documented.
Mindmore uses pseudo-anonymized data, a method that is both secure and practical for healthcare providers
