What is cognition?
Cognition is a broad concept that includes everything that has to do with thought and information processes in the brain.
You could say it's everything we do in our heads, from receiving sensory input to making decisions and solving problems. Cognitive status is a here-and-now measurement of our overall mental ability.
This is because cognition can change over time, both due to normal causes and circumstances such as aging, but also due to unforeseen events such as dementia, fatigue, infection or more severe concussion.

Step 2
The user can then take the test at home via a link or at your place at the municipality, with or without employees.
The test is "self-guided" with instructions both written on the screen and spoken aloud. The patient sets the pace and is allowed to practice before each test.

The results are compiled for easy record keeping and assessment by clinically trained staff.
