Customer Success Manager
About the role
Do you want to help healthcare develop towards good and close care? Are you passionate about brain health? Do you have experience as an occupational therapist or dementia nurse? Then we would like to meet you!
Who and what are Mindmore?
Mindmore is a SaaS company, originally a research project, with the leading digital cognitive assessment tool in Europe. Our tool is used in 100+ clinics and hospitals around Sweden and in several major clinical studies in Europe. Mindmore digitizes cognitive tests.
Cognitive status is an important measure for many patient groups today (mental illness, dementia, stroke, etc.). Yet the status of brain functions is tested less than necessary due to manual, time- and resource-consuming testing methods. By providing our SaaS platform to healthcare providers, Mindmore solves this problem and makes cognitive tests accessible.
What is important in this role?
That you love the brain, helping people and working in a team. You are forward-thinking, curious and a sharp project manager who can juggle many things. It is important that you are structured, easy to learn and love to reach out to users once more.
We have a personal one-to-one relationship with our customers and often have digital and IRL meetings or talk to them on the phone. To be successful in this role, you need to be comfortable and enjoy constantly learning new things and tasks. We are looking for you who are triggered by problem solving and who are faced with challenges and opportunities that you have not previously encountered.
What is a Customer Success Manager?
Customer Success Managers (CSM) support your customers as they transition from contracts to active users of Mindmore. CSMs are focused on customer loyalty and building close and long-term customer relationships.
At Mindmore, this is achieved by:
Together with the customer, setting evaluation criteria and goals for what change they want Mindmore to create for them, their clinic and in their region.
Onboarding on how to use the product.
Follow up on onboarding.
Support customers to achieve their goals and evaluation criteria to maximize the value and use of Mindmore.
To qualify for this role:
You should have a clinical background where you have worked with patients with impaired cognition for at least 3 years.
You should be able to work from the office in central Stockholm at least 3 days a week.
Fluent in Swedish
