Product Compliance Lead


Your responsibilities:

A Product Compliance Lead ensures that Mindmore products comply with all legal regulations and standards for all relevant markets. The Compliance Lead also makes sure that all documents are in place and order at the right time to ensure successful and compliant product launches. The role also includes making sure that technical documents and manuals are compliant with regulations.    


  • Map mandatory compliance requirements and non-regulatory certification needs for our products and markets.

  • Coordinate and track on-ongoing product testing and certification.

  • Compile and maintain technical files, by establishing and keeping a database of all active compliances.

  • Identify and monitor worldwide regulatory development within relevant fields. Make sure that relevant stakeholders (R&D, product management) are proactively informed about related legislative and standard changes.

  • Take part in new product development projects, and product maintenance, to ensure the right certification needs are identified and achieved for each new development project.

  • Identify requirements for new market entries.

  • Support sales and customer service with their compliance queries.  



For this role, we are looking for someone with experience in working with regulatory and compliance-related questions within medical products.  

You need to have knowledge of mandatory, and voluntary, market requirements to obtain market access in regions worldwide.  

Working with a structured mindset in close collaboration with the product team.  

Having a curious mindset and ability to deep dive into technical product details and standards, the Product Compliance Lead handles compliance-related discussions internally and with suppliers.  


  • M.Sc. or BS degree in engineering or equivalent working experience.

  • Compliance certification knowledge and understanding of EU CE marking process, North American and APAC regulations and voluntary compliance certificate of medical products.

  • Ability to navigate/interpret ambiguity of standards .


It’s a plus if you also have:

  • Demonstrated working experience in taking products through a compliance certification process.

  • Demonstrated working experience with regulatory testing and compilation of compliance reports.

  • Demonstrated experience in technical writing and compliance of manuals in a global context.

We are looking for a copywriter and content creator to join our team for an parental leave of at least 6 months, with the ambition to extend. Help engage our customers in health care and help their ways of work!


As a Copy & Content creator at Mindmore your goal is to maximize the lead generation and brand awareness to deliver and help Mindmore fulfill our strategic goals. You act with purpose to create content as part of the marketing team, reach our customers and market segment by driving our social platforms with copy-savviness and deliver on a high note every time. You will be working closely with the commercial team in both Sweden and UK.  


You will play an operational role and take the lead in the creation for all different forms of copy - including scripts, social, webpage-content, emails and downloadable.


Your responsibilities:

  • Understand and appreciate the significance that both a short twitter sentence, and a blog post can have.

  • Ensure that all ideas are in brief and well written.

  • Use Tone of Voice and comprehensive references to meet our customers high and excelling standards.

  • Manage multiple channels and deliverables simultaneously.

  • Work to deliver projects of creative excellence on time and in two languages.

  • Can create content for different channels and think beyond traditional advertising solutions.

  • Show strong copy skills - web, in emails, and with social media.

  • Have a creative mindset and enjoy working with medical/health texts.

Skills & Requirements

  • Formal education in Advertising Copywriting - Berghs, Miami Ad School, or similar Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating bright, brand-building copy and execution.

  • Strong organizational skills to work efficiently and effectively in both personal time management and the ability to extend such practices across a team.

  • To be an ideal candidate, you must have: +3 years of experience in copy creation and marketing. Preferably in Health care.

  • A passion for storytelling and communication, and highly enjoying copywriting.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish - mostly written but also spoken.

  • Strong collaboration abilities with an international team.

  • Self-motivated with a team spirit.

  • Experience in modern digital marketing tools, with a focus on Linkedin, Twitter, and Facebook.

Condition: A substitute entrance - full time.
